Need one more page in a finished PDF? The safest approach is to decide whether you need a new blank page, a full document, or only a selected page from another file.

Choose the right workflow

Your goal Best starting point What to check
Add a blank page Organize PDF Page position and orientation
Add another PDF Merge PDF File order and duplicate pages
Use one selected page Extract, then merge Crop, rotation, and page size

Keep an untouched copy of the source file before reorganizing a long document.

Insert a blank page

Open the document in an organizer, choose the position between two page thumbnails, and insert a blank page. Add content only after the page order is correct.

  1. Upload the PDF.
  2. Select the position for the new page.
  3. Insert a blank page and review the surrounding pages.
  4. Export a new copy and review it before sharing.

Combine pages from another file

If the content already exists, merge the second file instead of recreating it. Extract a single page first when you do not need the complete document.

Tip: Number source filenames before merging so the intended order is obvious.

Review before you export

Check page size, orientation, numbering, links, and any signatures after changing the sequence. This final review prevents a small page-order change from confusing the finished document.
