TiPDF Terms of Service
The terms that apply when using TiPDF and its document tools.
Last updated: 2026-07-18
Agreement
These Terms of Service apply to the TiPDF service at tipdf.com. By using TiPDF, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
TiPDF provides browser-based tools for viewing, converting, organizing, editing, signing, securing, scanning, and understanding documents. Capabilities, processing locations, file limits, and outputs vary by tool. The current tool page and its processing notice form part of the service description.
TiPDF may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue a feature. We aim to describe current behavior accurately, but we do not promise that every workflow will be continuously available or suitable for every document.
Your Files and Responsibilities
You retain your rights in files and content you submit. You grant TiPDF and any disclosed processing provider only the permissions reasonably necessary to complete the workflow you request.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and process the content, choosing an appropriate workflow, keeping an original copy, reviewing the result, and complying with laws, contracts, confidentiality duties, retention rules, and professional obligations that apply to you.
OCR, conversion, translation, redaction, electronic signing, and AI-assisted output can contain errors or omit information. Verify material names, numbers, clauses, signatures, redactions, calculations, and conclusions against the authoritative source.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Provide accurate information, protect authentication links and passwords, and report suspected unauthorized access through Account Support.
Acceptable Use
You must not use TiPDF to:
- Violate applicable law or another person's rights.
- Process content without the necessary authorization.
- Distribute malware, spam, abusive material, or deceptive content.
- Probe, bypass, or interfere with security, access controls, usage limits, or service operation.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Misrepresent generated output as verified, certified, or authoritative when it has not been appropriately reviewed.
Current Access and Future Offers
TiPDF's current browser tools are presented without a paid-plan requirement. If paid features are introduced, the checkout page will state the current price, billing period, renewal terms, included features, and cancellation information before purchase. No future price or entitlement is promised by these terms.
Third-Party Services
Some workflows may rely on configured conversion, AI, analytics, storage, authentication, or infrastructure providers. A tool that sends document content away from the browser discloses that transfer before use. Third-party services may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
Intellectual Property
TiPDF's application code, interface, branding, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership of TiPDF. You may use generated output subject to your rights in the source content and any applicable third-party rights.
Disclaimers
TiPDF is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. TiPDF is not legal, medical, financial, tax, archival, accessibility-certification, or security-compliance advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TiPDF will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service. Applicable law may give you rights that cannot be limited by these terms.
Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation, security risk, legal requirement, or material threat to the service. You may stop using TiPDF at any time and may request available account assistance through support.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
