What this focused PDF annotator does
The PDF annotator opens one document, validates a page expression and draws the annotation string on every selected page. The PDF annotator note begins 36 PDF points from the left edge and approximately 72 points below the top, subject to a 36-point lower bound on unusually short pages. It uses embedded standard Helvetica at a fixed 18-point size and a blue color. The page's existing content is not searched, selected, deleted or reflowed.
The PDF annotator result is a visible presentation mark rather than a threaded PDF comment object. Recipients see the blue text as part of the rewritten page content, but they do not receive an author, timestamp, reply thread, resolved state or pop-up comment panel. The tool also does not create a movable sticky note after download. Choose wording that makes sense without hidden context.
People sometimes search for a PDF annotator to highlight PDF text or draw on PDF pages. Those controls are not implemented here. TiPDF does not select an existing sentence, paint a translucent highlight, add arrows, create shapes or accept freehand ink. The visual interface and copy state this boundary so a simple note writer is not mistaken for a full review suite.
PDF annotator input, page choices and placement
Select one genuine .pdf up to 100 MiB and 500 readable pages. The PDF annotator requires the file extension to match the PDF signature, and protected content must be unlocked with the correct password and authorization before modification. Empty, damaged, mismatched and unreadable documents are rejected.
Page selection accepts all, individual pages, ranges, comma-separated combinations, odd and even. Values use the one-based page count shown by a standard reader and are checked against the real document. Every chosen page receives the same annotation text. This PDF annotator does not currently provide a separate note for each page, a page preview for dragging placement or a font-size control on the annotation route.
The PDF annotator writes the note at fixed coordinates using the page's reported width and height. Existing material already occupying that upper-left region can overlap the annotation. Rotated pages, unusual crop boxes or very small pages can also make placement look different from an ordinary portrait sheet. Inspect every changed page rather than assuming one fixed position fits the entire file.

Add a brief instruction to selected worksheet pages. The PDF annotator does not let a teacher draw answers, highlight PDF passages or attach separate feedback to different coordinates.
PDF annotator appearance and document semantics
The PDF annotator draws vector text into the PDF rather than rasterizing every page, so existing text, vectors and photographs usually retain their original representation. Standard Helvetica supports a limited character set; complex scripts or emoji may fail to encode or display correctly. Keep annotations simple and test the result, especially for multilingual wording.
Saving rewrites the PDF bytes. Document-wide features such as certificate signatures should not be assumed valid afterward, and accessibility tags do not automatically include a meaningful description for the new note. The mark is not a secure redaction, access restriction or audit trail. It can be covered or changed by later editors, so use appropriate controls for compliance-sensitive review.
PDF annotator privacy and resulting copies
The PDF annotator reads, modifies and saves the selected document in browser memory. File bytes are not sent to server conversion, AI, sharing or storage routes, and the handler does not request upload approval. Normal application resources may still load over the network; the local statement applies to the document job.
Refreshing ends the in-memory task, while the source and downloaded edited PDF remain on the device. TiPDF cannot delete those copies or prevent forwarding. Because a visible note can reveal internal status or instructions, review its wording and intended recipients before distribution.
